[UCTK Residency Partners] Information Sessions & Partner Referral Checklist

Good afternoon, UCTK Partners,

ON-DEMAND INFO SESSIONS: We are excited to share that our on-demand information sessions are now live for UCTK summer 2025. LIVE WEBINARS: We have also scheduled two live webinars for February 18 and March 18 at 4:00 pm. These are focused on becoming a TK teacher and less about the admission or application process. This is a collaborative webinar with our partners and encourage all of you to attend if you can. PARTNER REFERRAL CHECKLIST: To best track and ensure effective warm hand-offs from you (our partners) to our program to yield enrollment from your local recruitment efforts, we have established a process using the checklist attached. You will record your contact info, the prospective applicant's info, and then indicate what admission items the candidate may already have completed. At the bottom of the checklist there is a referral form<https://ucm.edu/refer> that you can use to inform of us a prospective applicant. In 1-2 business days, we will reach out the applicant to introduce our team and consult on next steps. The physical checklist is not a requirement to submit the referral form and is just a resource to help send more personalized communication.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADS: Our general program social ads have been launched on IG and Facebook. These are running in all three regions. We will rotate to locally based graphics on meta platforms in early March. Draft copies will be sent to each partner for approval by February 28.
