<p class="MsoNormal"><b>PARTNER REFERRAL CHECKLIST: </b>To best track and ensure effective warm hand-offs from you (our partners) to our program to yield enrollment from your local recruitment efforts, we have established a process using the checklist attached.
You will record your contact info, the prospective applicant’s info, and then indicate what admission items the candidate may already have completed. At the bottom of the checklist there is a
<a href="https://ucm.edu/refer">referral form</a> that you can use to inform of us a prospective applicant. In 1-2 business days, we will reach out the applicant to introduce our team and consult on next steps. The physical checklist is not a requirement to
submit the referral form and is just a resource to help send more personalized communication.
