Hi, Rui,

I spent some more time on this. I really like how it is shaping up.

I’m attaching a few more edits/comments, but also wanted to note the high-level comments:

• Although I very much like the footprint graph, I don’t think we should assume that the footprint is linear with energy rating. I think we will need to go back to the companies to get that added information.

• So, I’m wondering if we should provide a summary each company that would include
- the three graphs with just the information for that company
- the data driving the three graphs
- the data we plan to put in the new table
- any description we plan to put in the text
- request for a drawing to show the footprint for a reference system.

They could then identify any needed changes, especially they could give us data for the footprint as a function of energy rating.
We might ask them if they could give us the $/kWh as a function of kWh rating curve (I think we should ask them to make an assumption to fix the ratio of the kWh/kW ratings to generate that curve.

Thank you for continuing to move this forward! I’m looking forward to making some good progress on it tomorrow.

Sarah

Hi team,

Here I attached the current draft about the LDES technology comparison. Although we may still need more data and I am still working on the summary table, I feel it is OK to read after I composed the conclusion and revised the plots. Hope you may find it interesting.

Best,
Rui
