[LDES-technology] Hydrogen cost analysis and tool

Hi all,

This is a really useful analysis and new tool that is available from Potsdam to track electrolyzer costs. The results of the paper are also pretty interesting presenting a kind of merit order for electrification and hydrogen uses, while demonstrating the different carbon intensities of hydrogen fuels.
