[Ucwsfiscal] WSP: off-campus payroll operations

Hi there,

UCSC provides the platform for employers to post jobs and hire students.
We onboard them  process the payroll, then we bill the employer for the
wages plus a 10% surcharge.

Students enter their hours on our timekeeping system (CruzPay).  Bi-weekly
I send a TRW (Time Reporting Worksheet) to all employers that they complete
and send back to me for approving timesheets entered into CruzPay.
