[Ucwsfiscal] CSS file SHIP question

Good Friday Afternoon,

Our student health services is moving to a different ERP platform. The questions their IT person is asking has me wondering if what they provided in the past or how we consume it for reporting, may be not as intended by UCOP. Let me preface by stating CSS reporting duties is fairly new for me and my fiscal expert is on extended leave.

Based on my training notes, I am not completely confident that the file we consume from our Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center is providing expected data. Without revealing too much at this juncture, and based on my notes, the below table is my understanding of field behavior. Caveat being, that we no longer need to capture and transmit the SHIP Flag field R280.
If anyone is so inclined, confirm/deny/correct my interpretation. It would be greatly appreciated.
