[Ucwsfiscal] New CCOA and PGM

Hi Andrew,

We were set up as you described below. I was told by our Controller that since Call Grants, MCS, and Chafee were all on a balance sheet account that we did not need to move these programs to the PGM system.  The reason why LAEP was moved to PGM was because it is similar to Federal Work Study.  Not sure if this helps or not.

Hi All,

I'm still assisting UCSB OFAS with the rollout of the new CCOA with the Financial Management Modernization project at our campus. I was wondering if those of you that already had made the move could provide some feedback.

LAEP was identified as required to be housed in the Projects and Grants Management module at our campus because of reporting requirements to UCOP, however, no other CSAC programs were also identified by our Project Management Office. Could any of you confirm that you were also required to house LAEP in PGM, and if any other CSAC programs were also required to be housed in PGM, such as Cal Grant, MCS or Chafee? I believe some campuses may be using other terminology for this module, so hopefully this makes sense.

Any feedback you all could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
