[Ucwsfiscal] FWS COD Reporting - when are you submitting your file?

Hi Steve,

UCSC is sending a handful of students today (via batch).  We are planning
on sending the rest of the data in the next two weeks.  As you know, we are
also a PeopleSoft school. We are working around one of the bugs in the PS
code. The second bug which excludes the student name for a population of
students affects 90 records for us.  We will be reporting these records
manually on COD.  Oracle is providing the code fix but we have decided to
move forward with our manual entry. We feel it is safer than the trial and
error of working with our central IT and applying the code fix or waiting
for the new code from Oracle. :)
