[Ucwsfiscal] UCPath 'Flexible Option'

Hello All,
We had some resistance to modifying the "Flexible" SCT option and are
hoping to get your buy-in for this modified proposal targeting the "Leave
As-Is" option to allow for modifying the existing WS split amount.
This change will allow us to effectively "un-split" a portion of a paycheck
if the WS award is subsequently reduced in the SIS due to a new award
getting added or what not. Without this we will need to do an SCT to
"remove ws", wait for it to process, reduce the award then do another SCT
to "apply".
I believe UCR has already expressed support for this change (in addition to
UCB) via another channel. And it looks like UCSB and UCD are in support
based on my initial email in November. Any other takers?
This proposed change is documented here
<https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1cshFu-SkB8hvujiV1FqrRPUIlhqVLNJubGIF6ktHgko/edit?usp=sharing>
.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like more information.
Thanks!
Steve
