[Studentemployment] TRS Timesheet Submission/Approval Deadline Reminder

Colleagues,

Due to the March 26, 2021 holiday, the bi-weekly payroll processing schedule for next week has been moved up by one day.  While this will not change the campus submission and approval deadlines for bi-weekly paid employees, we would like to provide a friendly reminder of the requirements to ensure accurate and timely pay issuance to impacted employees.


  *   Biweekly paid employees are required to submit a timesheet every other Saturday by 11:59 pm.


  *   Supervisors are required to review and approve submitted timesheets no later than 10 am on the following Monday.

Timesheets that are submitted, but not approved by the deadline will be automatically paid based on the hours reported by the employee.

To avoid overpayment, incorrect leave use and other time/effort related issues, please be sure any biweekly paid employee(s) you supervise has submitted a timesheet each pay cycle and it has been approved by the published deadline.
