You (the participant) are invited to take part in our research study. Freddy Sandoval, is a student of the Master Social Work (MSW) program with the California State University (CSU), Fresno in the Department of Social Work Education (DSWE). I ask you to review this consent form to better understand your role in our research study. This study is to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the overall well-being of individuals in the Central Valley. The study will examine your responses to COVID-19 and the impacts it has had on an individual's well-being. If you have any questions you may contact me through email: fsandoval at mail.fresnostate.edu<mailto:fsandoval at mail.fresnostate.edu>. 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 If you agree to participate, it will involve your participation by answering questions related to COVID-19 and overall well-being which will take approximately thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour depending on your pace of reading and selecting appropriate responses. This will be an anonymous survey
