State University (CSU), Fresno in the Department of Social Work Education (DSWE). I ask you to review this consent form to better understand your role in our research study. This study is to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the overall well-being
of individuals in the Central Valley. The study will examine your responses to COVID-19 and the impacts it has had on an individual's well-being. If you have any questions you may contact me through email:
