Hello Dr. Sexton,
I am the chair of the California Invasive Plant Council student section,
and we are getting ready to host our annual symposium OCT 26-29. This year
it will be held virtually, and we are excited to offer opportunities for
students and early career professionals interested in invasive plant
science and management. Would you please share this email and attached
flyer with your department and others who you think might be interested in
attending? Thank you.

Greetings students, recent grads, and early career professionals!
It’s time to register for the California Invasive Plant Council Symposium
happening virtually October 26th - 29th. This year’s theme is expanding
community to protect biodiversity. We are celebrating the 30th anniversary
of CAL-IPC!

Online".]
To celebrate 30 years of CAL-IPC, the first 30 students and early career
professionals will receive a free meal voucher! In addition to themed
sessions on invasive plant science and management, student poster and
lightning talk presentations, the symposium will feature a career panel, a
photo contest, and networking opportunities via the *Gathertown platform*. See
the attached flyer for further details.
