Hi,

If there is someone in your orbit that's in the market for a postdoc and has a love of bioinformatics, plant biology and/or bourbon, please pass along the word of a funded ~postdoc position at UK dedicated to working on developing white oak (bourbon barrel) genomic and metabolomic resources. The project involves collaboration among several labs at UK. The position will be officially announced soon, but they asked me to send out a preliminary announcement in the event that we could find an excellent candidate without a prolonged search.
