We are re-sending the announcement of the *Land* Travel Awards as the
deadline of *28 February 2018* is fast approaching:

As Editor-in-Chief of the open access journal, *Land*, I am pleased to
announce the opening of the 2018 *Travel Award*s competition sponsored by
*Land*.

*Two* Travel Awards (*800 Swiss Francs each)* will be granted to
postdoctoral fellows or PhD students to support participation at an
international conference in 2018 of relevance to land systems science. For
