Dear QSB Community:

I have a job opening for a Computational Biology Postdoc in mammalian functional genomics in my lab at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab.  Details are in the attached PDF.

Research in our laboratory focuses on the use of genomic, epigenomic, and computational methods in conjunction with experimental studies in the mouse model to study the role of transcriptional enhancers and other functional non-coding sequences in general biological processes, as well as in human disease.  The focus of this position will be the development and application of computational analysis approaches for the interpretation of large-scale functional genomic data sets.  Successful candidates will also have access to extensive experimental resources, including support for the generation of transgenic and knock-out/-in mouse models.
