[LDES-technology] New version of slide deck for CEC review meeting

Using good input from Noah and Rui today (thank you), I’ve added some slides and edits - see slides 10 through 17.
I think a lot of the slides have too many words  - I’ll try to see if I can use more graphs or something.
Your suggestions are welcome - need them by Sunday night.
