[LDES-technology] agenda and background materials for TAC meeting

I sent this email earlier, but it didn’t show up in my in box. I apologize if this is a duplicate.

All, We have a TAC (advisory committee) meeting coming up on Aug. 5. By contract, I need to send materials to the CEC in advance. By courtesy, I should send materials to the TAC members in case they have the bandwidth to look through the materials in advance.

Please find attached the agenda I have put together.  I think attaching the package of background materials is what prevented the message from going through, but I should be able to send them to you individually. You should already have copies of most of the materials, but if you would like to see them, send me a quick email and I’ll send either the whole package or just the one you want to check.

The background materials are mostly drafts of manuscripts - if you have made modifications to your manuscript and would prefer that I attach a more recent version, please send me the updated version.  I will ask the committee to treat the drafts as confidential, but if there is any sensitivity, we can remove any materials you are hesitant about.

I plan to send the materials to the TAC on Monday evening. The agenda is just one page, so I hope you’ll be able to review it for any needed revisions before I send the package to the TAC.
