[LDES-technology] agenda and background materials for TAC meeting

All, We have a TAC (advisory committee) meeting coming up on Aug. 5. By contract, I need to send materials to the CEC in advance. By courtesy, I should send materials to the TAC members in case they have the bandwidth to look through the materials in advance.

Please find attached the agenda I have put together and the package of background materials.

The background materials are mostly drafts of manuscripts - if you have made modifications to your manuscript and would prefer that I attach a more recent version, please let me know.  I will ask the committee to treat the drafts as confidential, but if there is any sensitivity, we can remove any materials you are hesitant about.

I plan to send the materials to the TAC on Monday evening. The agenda is just one page, so I hope you’ll be able to review it for any needed revisions before I send the package to the TAC.
