[LDES-technology] Outline of the potential paper

Hope you are doing well.

As we discussed in the Wednesday meeting, here I attach a very preliminary outline of the paper in my mind and hope it also meets your interests. It is basically a review but we extend it to potential use cases based on their techno-economic performance.
