[LDES-technology] Vidhi's EIA charts

Hi all,

Vidhi produced some charts based off of the EIA 860 and 923 charts. The first pie chart depicts storage projects grouped by charge duration filtered for only within California.

The second calculates a round-trip efficiency in California and in the US.

However, it might also be useful to do the same calculation for mean net generation (which might reflect) discharge/ total consumption (which would reflect charge) based on how the data are presented in the EIA datasets.

They might be worth discussing briefly today as well.
