[LDES-technology] Malta information

We will be meeting with Malta on Thursday at 10 am. (all times are California times)
Wednesday at 8 am we plan to review information about Malta in preparation for the Thursday meeting.
In preparation for our Wed. review, I have prepared these materials (see attached) compiled from on-line info plus information that Malta has shared with me.
In particular, there is a link to a one-hour presentation that Ty Jagerson made for CESA in May 2020.  most of it is more generally on LDES, but if you are curious, you may wish to take time to watch it sometime.
