[LDES-coremodel] Selected renewable energy cost projections

Hi all,

I have attached a summary of selected renewable energy cost projections
from ATB 2020. I compared them with the inputs of current SWITCH and
RESOLVE inputs on page 4 and 6. RESOLVE inputs are similar to ATB moderate
scenarios for solar and wind in general.
