Hello Pre-health students,

Join us for our 4th annual NPHW Research Symposium to explore the groundbreaking public health research being conducted at UC Merced and throughout the California Central Valley! A networking and tabling event will be taking place simultaneously where students and other attendees can learn about the opportunities and resources available to them.
National Public Health Week (NPHW) is a national week-long celebration packed with events that highlight public health and pressing areas for our communities and beyond. This year's theme is Ready. Set. Action! At UC Merced, one of our main events for the week is the NPHW Research Symposium, where students, faculty, and leaders/members from our community come together to present their research in public health.
Event Details:
Organized by the Public Health Department, the Department of Medical Education, Health Promotion, and Public Health Society (PHS).

  *   Date/Time: Friday, April 10th, 2025 @ 8:30am-2:30pm
  *   Location: UC Merced Conference Center (Dr. Vikram and Priya Lakireddy Grand Ballroom)

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided!

All UC Merced undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to present. Your poster does not need to be completed to submit an interest form.

All final posters will be submitted no later than April 3, 2026, to ensure adequate time for printing.
