The Masonic Cancer Alliance (MCA)<https://www.kucancercenter.org/outreach/community/masonic-cancer-alliance>, the outreach network of The University of Kansas Cancer Center<https://www.kucancercenter.org/>, is seeking paid Summer 2026 Community Health Outreach Interns<https://kumc.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/kumc-jobs/job/Kansas-City-Metro-Area/Summer-2026-Community-Health-Outreach-Internships---Cancer-Center_JR009436-1> to support cancer prevention and early detection efforts across Kansas and western Missouri.

As a Community Health Outreach Intern<https://kumc.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/kumc-jobs/job/Kansas-City-Metro-Area/Summer-2026-Community-Health-Outreach-Internships---Cancer-Center_JR009436-1>, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing health education and cancer prevention resources directly to communities.

Deadline to apply is: February 27th.

Interviews for those selected will take place online in March 2025.  Internship will start mid-May - July.

Applicants must complete the entire 8 weeks of the program.



Required Qualifications

Education:  Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
