My name is Yoselin Castillo, and I am a Research Analyst at the UCSF Latinx Center of Excellence (LCOE). I'm reaching out to inform you about an opportunity that may interest some of the pre-health students at UC Merced, and I would greatly appreciate your help in disseminating this information.

The UCSF LCOE offers the Aspiring Physicians Program (APP), a premedical career and support program for students who identify as *UIM at Fresno State, UC Merced, and SFSU. The program includes an intensive summer program and an academic year of mentoring and advising. Students must meet program requirements, apply, and be selected. The program provides a summer stipend of $3000. Our 2024 summer program will be held in a hybrid format, with some sessions scheduled in person at UCSF Fresno.
