The PreMed, PreHealth, Public Health Meetups are back WEDNESDAY! with the Valley Children's Hospital from 3:00 - 4:30! Valley Children's Hospital is located in Madera, CA and specializes in a number of pediatric care treatments. This organization has previously taken on UC Merced students for internship and volunteer positions, and will likely talk about a brand new mentorship program developed for UC Merced and Fresno State students. If you are seeking to expand your network, or if you are seeking out a Medical/Health opportunity, I highly suggest RSVPing and attending this event! MAKE SURE YOU RSVP BELOW! If you are a PreMed/PreHealth student, and have yet to receive volunteer hours, these last two meetup programs are going to be critical to your future competitiveness.

The Meetup Series is broken up into 3 parts: 30 minutes of information from the presenters, 10 minutes of group discussion, and 50 minutes of one-on-one networking! This programming has lead several students to receive health experiences over the years, and I highly recommend attending if you are seeking out these connections!
