Hi Steve,

Thank you for sharing and keeping us in loop with UCPath updates. I appreciate it! Sorry for not able to respond earlier but we are just able to compare the spreadsheet with what we've used for years and confirmed that they are the same. We just tend to have multiple spreadsheets (not sure if our campus payroll staff purposely break them down).

Howdy,

I just attended a UCOP hosted meeting where they presented several new BRD templates, including one for Workstudy.  It looks like the PDFs that we have been using are no longer available on the Path website and they are moving to a new excel format (see attached).  This looks similar to the file used to gather the config when they first went live.

They are asking for feedback by March 15th.  I asked if we are supposed to use this now that the PDFs are no longer available and they said they would get back to me next week.

Hopefully your GL team is keeping you in the loop, but figured I'd send this out just in case because I did not see any/many other FA folk on the call ;)
