[Ucwsfiscal] New process for submitting WS Config updates to UCPath

Howdy,

I just attended a UCOP hosted meeting where they presented several new BRD
templates, including one for Workstudy.  It looks like the PDFs that we
have been using are no longer available on the Path website and they are
moving to a new excel format (see attached).  This looks similar to the
file used to gather the config when they first went live.

They are asking for feedback by March 15th.  I asked if we are supposed to
use this now that the PDFs are no longer available and they said they would
get back to me next week.

Hopefully your GL team is keeping you in the loop, but figured I'd send
this out just in case because I did not see any/many other FA folk on the
call ;)
