[Ucwsfiscal] Electronic Certification of Effort for Federal Work-Study Students

Hello,

I wanted to know if the FWS team at your campus is responsible for completing the ECERT (Electronic Certification of Effort) though the InCommon Federation Discovery Service<https://wayf.incommonfederation.org/DS/WAYF?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fers.ucop.edu&return=https%3A%2F%2Fers.ucop.edu%2FShibboleth.sso%2FLogin%3FSAMLDS%3D1%26target%3Dss%253Amem%253A712e1ae451d3025acd312cabdeabd1172f5d01771a869e6a3cd9a5909fb4c9d1> portal.
We are being asked by one department to certify a couple of students, but we have never certified Efforts before.
