Similar process here at Davis, mostly transfer from FWS to SEOG as our FWS allocation (including supplemental) has been good in recent years.

Since Covid, we have transferred funds between these two programs to maximize their use in accordance with FSA guidance and federal regulations.  We monitored the awards throughout the year to adjust the awarding process if needed.  There are usually a handful of manual adjustments  done in late spring.
