Dear Senate Faculty,
As a reminder, attached, and available on the Senate website<https://senate.ucmerced.edu/sites/senate.ucmerced.edu/files/news/documents/call_for_proposals_for_faculty_research_grants_2022_final.pdf>, is the Call for Proposals for the AY 21-22 Senate faculty grants program. The application form that appears at the end of the PDF is also attached in Word. This year, CoR has partnered with the campus Faculty Advisory Committee on Sustainability (FACS) to allocate an extra $10,000 for sustainability-related proposals. Please review the Call for more details and check the appropriate box on the application form if you would like your proposal to be considered for sustainability funding.
The deadline for submitting proposals is Monday, January 24, 2022 before midnight.
All proposals should be submitted electronically to the Academic Senate office to the attention of Simrin Takhar, Committee on Research analyst, at senateoffice at ucmerced.edu<mailto:senateoffice at ucmerced.edu>.
