Dear Hiring Managers,
You are invited to participate in the Student Part-Time Job Fair at UC Merced!
UC Merced’s Workforce Onboarding Hub and Student Career Center invite campus departments and local businesses and organizations to join us for an in-person Student Part-Time Job Fair on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Center Ballroom.
By connecting students with Summer and Fall 2026 employment opportunities, this initiative supports students’ continued success at UC Merced. The Financial Aid Office will provide departments with 2026-2027 Federal Work Study (FWS) position allocation(s) at the beginning of April.

The deadline to RSVP is April 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Each participating organization may register up to two representatives. Additional details regarding check-in and the fair format will be shared with registered participants closer to the event date.
