[Studentemployment] Fall 2025 Student Job Fair

Dear Hiring Managers,

You are invited to participate in the Fall 2025 Student Job Fair!
UC Merced's Student Employment Services and Student Career Center invite departments and local businesses and organizations to participate in the in-person Student Job Fair, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, from 10:00am – 2:00pm in the Conference Center Ballroom.
This event is designed to connect undergraduate students with paid part-time employment opportunities both on and off campus. Each participating organization may have up to two representatives at their table.
Priority registration for on-campus employers begins May 5th – June 15th. Off-campus registration opens June 16th for local businesses. Space in limited!

The deadline to RSVP is August 11th, 2025, at 5:00pm. Details regarding check-in and fair format will be shared with all registered departments by August 22nd, 2025.
