[Studentemployment] New Hire Intake Event - September 20th, 2023

Colleagues,

Student Employment Services has received an unprecedented number of requests for on campus student employment new hire intake appointments in the past few weeks.

To move the process along as quickly as possible, we will be offering a walk-in session for hiring intake in the lobby of the Kolligian Library.


  *   Wednesday, September 20th – 9 am to 4 pm

Please take this opportunity to communicate the details of this walk-in intake hiring event with your new hires as soon as possible.

If a student has already scheduled an appointment to complete intake documents, they may choose to cancel their appointment and attend the walk-in session tomorrow.

The Hiring Intake event is reserved for those who have received a notification to complete hiring documents.

As a reminder, students may not begin working (including training) until they have successfully completed the intake process and received a "Clear to Work" notification from SES.
