[Studentemployment] EARLY TIMESHEET SUBMISSION FOR BIWEEKLY EMPLOYEES

Colleagues,

To accommodate processing of the bi-weekly checks that will issue on January 5, 2022, it is necessary for bi-weekly paid employees to submit timesheets for the period of 12/12/21-12/25/21 earlier than the regular submission date.

Timesheets for the above indicated period will be due for submission by employees no later than 12 pm on Saturday, December 18th and should include predicted hours of work through December 25th.

Supervisors should approve timesheets no later than 10 am on Monday, December 20th.

Students or supervisors who are experiencing issues with TRS should contact trs-support at ucmerced.edu<mailto:trs-support at ucmerced.edu>.  All other questions can be directed to Payroll Services<mailto:payrollservices at ucmerced.edu?subject=Questions%20related%20to%20early%20timesheet%20submission>.
