[Studentemployment] Student Job Exchange (Redeployment) Program/Telecommute

Good Morning,

We are pleased to announce the new Student Job Exchange Program.  Effective immediately, supervisors can submit knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) for their student workers who may be displaced by COVID-19 impacts.  Additionally, supervisors/departments in need of workers can utilize the submitted skills to keep student employees working. Student Job Exchange (Redeployment) Program
The purpose of this program is to identify currently underutilized student staff who might be able to provide help in other areas of campus and match them with departments that have special assignments/tasks and/or projects.

Telecommuting

Supervisors will provide a signed copy to the employee, retain a signed copy for their reference/records and forward the original signed document VIA EMAIL to Student Employment Services<mailto:studentemployment at ucmerced.edu?subject=Temporary%20Telecommute%20Agreement&body=Please%20see%20the%20attached%20agreement%20for%20XXXXXXXXXX> utilizing the naming convention "Last, First_COVID telecommute agreement".
