[Studentemployment] COVID-19 Update

Dear Hiring Manager,

We are working to clarify recent directives communicated across our campus and systemwide regarding guidelines related to COVID-19 and how these guidelines impact our student worker population.

We hope to have more clarifying information available to you and your workers within the next business day.

As a reminder; student timesheets are due by 12:00 pm on 3/21/20.  Supervisor approvals are due by 10:00 am on 3/23/20.  Please note that payroll processing has been moved up 1 business day due to the 3/27/20 holiday.  Employees should experience no impacts or delays if their timesheet is submitted by the regularly scheduled deadline.
