[Studentemployment] Call for Student Employment Workgroup Participants

                                                Student Employment Services is looking for departmental representatives to participate in a workgroup to provide
feedback that will help us as we work to restructure the business processes related to Student Employment at UC Merced.

A listening session is scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2020 in KL 232.  We have scheduled a 2 hour period to allow
for collection of information on a variety of topics such as;


  *   Changes to UC Merced Payroll Services and Student Employment Services structure(s)
  *   Job Descriptions
  *   Compensation recommendations
  *   Job Posting Process
  *   Job Posting Timelines
  *   New Resources for Hiring Managers and Students
  *   Graduate Student Hires to Casual/Restricted jobs
  *   New job posting platform
  *   Federal Work Study
  *   UCPath
  *   Reporting
  *   Access

Please feel free to include anyone who may not be on the Student Employment Service distribution list, but works directly
with the hiring of student employees at UC Merced.
