[Sshagradstudents] Summer Awards and Refund Process

Good Afternoon All,

If you received a summer 2021 award, summer funds are released at the beginning of June.

If you have not received your award by June 15th and you have checked your bank account, please contact  gradfunding at ucmercd.edu<mailto:gradfunding at ucmercd.edu>.

Please make sure you have an electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT is separate and different from direct deposit with Payroll Services. This is also outlined in the link below.

If you do not have an EFT set up, a paper check will be mailed to the mailing address on file with UC Merced.
