[Sshagradstudents] Reminder: Unit Requirement for Spring 2022 Semester

Good Afternoon SSHA Graduate Student,

As a reminder, if you will hold an academic student employment appointment (TA, TF-IOR, TF, GSR) for the Spring 2022 semester,  you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units<https://graduatedivision.ucmerced.edu/sites/graduatedivision.ucmerced.edu/files/page/documents/2020-21_gpph-gc_approved_6.30.21.a.pdf>. Otherwise, students who will not be holding an academic student employment appointment for the Spring 2022 semester, must be enrolled in a minimum of 8 units<https://graduatedivision.ucmerced.edu/sites/graduatedivision.ucmerced.edu/files/page/documents/2020-21_gpph-gc_approved_6.30.21.a.pdf>.  Please enroll in the required number of units before February 7th 2022, as this is the last day to add/drop courses.
INDEPENDENT STUDY UNITS -COURSE REFERENCE NUMBER (CRN)
Please note this is now an electronic form that requires approvals via OnBase. Visit the Registrar's website<https://registrar.ucmerced.edu/forms> for the form. Once the instructor of record approves, students will be enrolled in the course.
