[Sshagradstudents] Reminder: Copy Machine Access for Instructional Copies

Good morning,



As you prepare for instruction, we wanted to remind you that before COVID-19 struck the campus had converted from copy codes to accounts built into the copier system.  This system allows for printing on any shared/networked copier on campus. Instructions on how to print using this new system (Pharos) and the drivers you will need to download can be found here<https://it.ucmerced.edu/installing-catcard-printer>.



Since you are scheduled to provide instruction this semester, we have already setup your account in the system. Please note, this account should only be used for printing instructional related materials.



FYI: As a cost savings measure, it is encouraged that you print black & white copies.  The cost for printing is: $0.04 for black & white copies and $0.16 for color copies
