Dear Faculty, Staff and Students,



The UC Merced Community and Labor Center invites you to join us for the UC Merced Farmworker Health Research Conference this Friday, April 9 from 10am-3:45pm. (Click here<https://clc.ucmerced.edu/form/uc-merced-farmworker-health-research-conference-sign> to register, and see attached agenda).



The purpose of the gathering will be to discuss the most cutting-edge and novel insights on the health and well-being of California's most disadvantaged and essential workers.



Chancellor Juan Sánchez Muñoz will be the opening speaker, and California State Senator Anna Caballero (D-12) will deliver the keynote address. Our event will end with a closing speech by Assemblyman Robert Rivas (D-30).



We are hosting the event with our partners from UC Berkeley, UC Agriculture and Natural Resources, and California Rural Legal Assistance.



The event is funded by the California Department of Public Health, and the California Endowment.
