Dear enthusiasts of the SLAAM seminars,

We are excited to announce that the next Soft Living Active and Adaptive Matter seminar will be next Monday, Dec. 6th at 9 am (PDT)/12 noon EDT/5 pm Central European Time. This seminar will be given by Dr. Weikang Wang ( University of Pittsburgh, PA).

Title:    Reconstruct cellular dynamics from single cell data


Dr. Wang is a postdoc at the Dept. of Computational and Systems Biology, University of Pittsburgh, working with Dr. Jianhua Xing. He earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the School of Physics in Peking University. He is investigating cell transitions using live cell imaging, machine learning and modeling.
