The Larsen Lab (http://www.bren.ucsb.edu/people/ashley-larsen.com/) at the
University of California Santa Barbara invites applications for a full-time
Postdoctoral Scholar position to lead research on multifunctional
landscapes, and human and biodiversity responses to climate and land use
changes. Efforts will include statistical and spatial analyses to
understand 1) the potential of and potential tradeoffs in multifunctional
landscapes, 2) the present and future drivers of human wildlife conflict,
and 3) strategic land use configurations that can balance human and
biodiversity needs. Research is in close collaboration with Conservation
International,the Environmental Markets Lab (emLab - https://emlab.ucsb.edu),
and other researchers in the Bren School of Environmental Science &
Management (https://bren.ucsb.edu/).

A reasonable estimated full-time rate for this position at 100% time is
$64,480- $77,327.
