Here is the job posting for the main position we are looking for. Ideally
the candidate would be able to help manage various types of restoration
projects. They are mostly upland but we do some riparian/wetland/coastal as
well. We do need this person to be local (in San Diego or nearby).

We are also looking for other talent too, mainly botany and restoration but
also general biology, wildlife, and planning too. So if you know anyone in
this field who is interested in exploring job in private industry you can
send them my way and we’ll see if it’s a good fit. My greatest joy would be
to find a wildfire ecologist to help with fuels management throughout
California, this service line is growing fast (as you can imagine) and we
want to bring in someone who could focus on it and really dive in. This job
would* not* need to be in San Diego. I’ve been managing a huge job for
SDG&E for several years and although it’s going well, I could use help from
someone who has a more solid wildfire background.
