history. COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionality affected women and girls,
especially in underserved communities.

In recognition of Women’s History Month, the Service will host an employee
panel discussion to explore how we can champion flexibilities that support
women, working parents, and all caregivers, and foster a welcoming
workplace for all.
