Hi Grad Students,

If you can attend any of these events, even if you're not in ES, that would
be great. No pressure, just in case the free food and conversation is
enough enticement.

Best,

Jay

Hi there.

As yet, we have only one student volunteer to meet with prospective ES
students for lunch and none for the reception.

Meeting current students is an important part of figuring out what grad
school is a good fit.

Therefore, please let me know ASAP if you are able to attend!

Hi everyone.

Graduate visitation day is Feb 28.

We can invite up to 5 students to have lunch with prospective ES students
(11:30-1 Yablokoff Wallace dining center) and 5 to attend the reception
downtown at the Mainzer (4-6 pm). We can also probably accommodate a few
more students and faculty at the dinner (6 pm, Bella Luna).

Please let me know by next Weds if you or your students would like to
attend any of these events!

*Also, recruiting faculty: Please take a look at the attached schedule and
make sure to schedule a time to meet with your visiting prospective
students during one of the “free” periods. *If you could have members of
your lab talk to them or show them relevant facilities that aren’t already
on the tour list, that would be great too! In fact, if you plan on doing
that…maybe let me and Andrea Joyce know if you are willing to make it a
shared facility tour that other visiting students can take part in.

Thanks!
