1) How does reading this recall challenges or obstacles you faced as an
undergraduate trying to get into research?

2) How has reading this paper influenced how you may adjust your practices
as a mentor of undergraduate researchers in the future?

3) What might have the authors missed or left out of this paper regarding
maximizing equity and inclusion of undergraduate researchers?
