Hi Folx!
Great to see you in lab meeting yesterday. There was a question raised
about personnel density restrictions in labs currently. I just wanted to
follow up that we are back to normal, essentially: "Research spaces will be
at typical capacities."
This, from the campus info website:
https://doyourpart.ucmerced.edu/what-to-expect-on-campus
That said, I do approve of actions to limit the # of people in an enclosed
space. When possible, I suggest following the guidelines we were following
over the past year where we should try to give each other their own lab
bench when working and try to keep it to one person at a time in small
support rooms. Face masks are still mandatory.
Please continue to raise any questions you might have.
Best,
Jay
